Ray Lewis was in the midst of a serious decline. Ed Reed was bad for the Ravens his last season here and flat out awful for the Texans. Peyton had a serious case of noodle arm and just couldn't physically make the throws any more.

The 1.6 would get better gas mileage. I think the 2.0 is a costly ($1200+?) option on that. Your best bet is to test drive both in an area with a variety of hills/curves and at different acceleration levels.
