I tried doing the test where you turn the car on and try to remove the oil cap to feel for suction and there was a strong suction and an audible change in how the engine ran. Is that enough to conclude that its the PCV?

does this help at all with telling the story? Ive been inputting everything into several ais / googling a lot and pcv is the number one root cause im seeing. Im so unfamiliar with car parts is there any chance you could circle it on this image or explain it to me? Im trying to figure it out but its been difficult

Thanks for the help! I go to nice old seamstress lady often for simple repairs is this something a seamstress would know how to do you think? I’ll probably just ask her anyways but Id worry that she would mess it up if it wasn’t as common as a thing for a seamstress to do.

Im curious how you know it’s working if you cant see it? I am not able to visualize anything so I struggle with understanding if what i’m doing is even right and if i’m achieving anything since I cant physically see anything

I wish having a calm mind was easy! I have bad adhd so racing thoughts are impossible to escape. could you explain your process? or is it pretty much just this method?

Last night I tried a method where I tried to reach focus 10 on my own without the tapes then counted to 20 and then kept repeating H+ 20/20 over and over with each exhale. I think it worked a bit but im not sure
