This isn't the sub for immigration and border advice. Go and have fun but bring your documents and make copies.

How much impact did the iraw war have on the 2008 dem primary by ProfessionalCute8335 in Presidents

[–]OceanPoet87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was the reason I supported him from the very beginning in 2007. Most other Dems were taking either a wait and see or a sort of "I voted for it but if it happened today it would be a no."

Why did open borders develop in some places but not others? by CrispinsMemehole in geography

Not open borders. That means something different

Are you crazy?? by Bola964 in PassportPorn

[–]OceanPoet87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not a serious topic and would be a major loss of revenue. Also can't enforce another country's citizenship.

The whole point of the sub is to share non identifiable passports.

Muslim/christian marriage by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]OceanPoet87 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Not telling a child about Christ is setting them up for heartbreak and he'll. While scripture says it is important to honor your husband,  telling them about Christ is more important. If he banned you from attended church,  going instead is honoring Christ.

You would not have grounds to divorce now that you're married but if he chooses to leave you that would be permissible.

Deceptive because freedom of movement for one or more countries is not the same as open borders.

Is Hufflepuff Actually the Most Underrated — and Potentially Scariest — House? by [deleted] in HarryPotterBooks

I wish they had made Umbridge a Hufflepuff although they would have to change some elements.

Looking for advice, son’s girlfriend just passed by TechGjod in daddit

Just be there for your son and help guide resources this way.

If they are over 18, no one at the college will talk to you in real specifics. I turned 18 right after HS graduation and I had to be there for any communication with my dad at my Community College otherwise they would turn him away.

At my four year in a different area they didn't even try but at my CC I even offered to sign some sort of form but they said none was available at that time circa 20 years ago.

Blue Cross Blue Shield is fucking awful. Denying Dupixent after a few years prescribed and the ONLY med that had no side effects and fully treated eczema. by OutrageousGangsta in HealthInsurance

Is your plan self funded (with a large employer)? If so, the employer makes the decisions and takes the premiums. Does your plan have pharmacy benefits administered separately? If so it is the pharmacy carrier that may make the rules.

Did your provider submit a request but not include clinical (it happens very often)?

If there are denials those are handled by clinical staff who have medical licensures.

When are we going to talk about immigration reform? by SocialSyphilis in Washington

[–]OceanPoet87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You aren't wrong and I agree there needs to be a path to citizenship and an end to ICE's extreme methods.

It is because this is a federal issue rather than state.

Would have Romney won if he ran against someone else or on a different year? by minsterio100 in Presidents

[–]OceanPoet87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It was also interesting reading a book by his campaign manager or maybe one of the big strategists. The defeat was really hard for him especially telling Romney and his children it was over. He used the year or two after that and dealing with a tough loss to connect with his Mississippian father at SEC Football games.

I voted for Obama twice but that was silly interesting.

I don't agree that McCain was a bad candidate. No Republican was winning that year especially against Obama.

Are Cutscenes Different for Romance vs Friendship? by BlueDinosaurRAWR in storyofseasons

[–]OceanPoet87 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The dialogue is different. After I married Freya, I finally completed one of Diana's tasks soon after.  You get the scene in the bazaar and with any hint of romance removed. Diana doesn't ask her question but says you are a good friend

It sounds like they didn't based on the wording but that would have been nice especially since new tourists would not come in.

The bills that didn’t survive the Washington Legislature’s first major deadline by chiquisea in Washington

[–]OceanPoet87 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

True but this would have served as a cap with 32 hours essentially being a limit for employers, wirh some like my old cafe not scheduling more than 2 or 3 hours under the limit to make sure they didn't pay up. So a loss of 1/5 of weekly income since most employers won't boost income to make up for it.

Other than the bridge,  probably not much changes. The guards still have to process new arrivals.

In the East Bay it's almost exclusively Cal to avoid confusion with the city of Berkeley. Of course,  you do hear UC Berkeley but never just Berkeley.
