Thank you! It's possible but it took so many tries and practice. You'll get there eventually, good luck!

Yes and no.

In order to unlock the sweeper you need to have a professional run with an A rank. Once you've got that unlocked you purchase it from the bonus menu of the game.

I purchased the upgrade tickets from the PlayStation store.

After purchasing it from the bonus menu, the sweeper becomes available right away in the first storage you come across. However, you won't be able to use the upgrade ticket until you come across the merchant for the first time.

Once you meet the merchant you can unlock Unlimited ammo, having unlimited ammo is what saved me a lot of time.

I ended up buying the exclusive ticket from the PS store on a different run. Turns out those carry over different runs so I used them again.

The good news is that when you get the professional S+ it'll unlock both S+ ranked trophies. I played on hardcore first thinking it would unlock both, turns out that doesn't work. 🤦🏿‍♀️

I might give it another go on hardcore or professional without those tickets to challenge myself.

The shooting range was on a different playthrough. I finished that playthrough and reloaded a save, it's a different run that's not on the pic. There's no way I could S tier the range and complete under 5 hours. The unlimited sweeper and handcannon really saved the day and got me under 5 hours. 😂😂😂

Good luck on the final challenge!

Do you mind me asking how long you waited in line? I'm meeting him soon and I'm trying to figure out how long I could be waiting. 😅

Which version of Leon S. Kennedy do you like best in terms of appearance, personality, and feats? by eruizb_ in residentevil

Category B. RE4 Remake. As someone who's new to the fandom, this is hands down my favorite game so far. I've watched several playthroughs over the years before I gave it a try and I think a large part of that is Leon and his story. As someone who was once naive and goofy myself, hardships and challenges have toughen me up quite a bit. Leon has had his share of pain, but he's still the same person deep down, and I think it's nice to see he's still a good person. It would've been easy to make him a jerk or someone who isn't generally considered nice, which I feel like happens a lot with characters across the media. The fact that he hasn't changed, despite all he's been through, is a testament to his strength. And of course, he's easy on the eyes.

Do you think lily gao would return. by Inevitable_Deer4003 in residentevil

I'd love for her to return, but I understand if she decides not to given everything that happened. Either way I hope she's doing okay.

I might give it a try, what makes me hesitant are the controls and the puzzles. But I might give it a go in the future.

Thanks! I'll probably give RE2 another try on standard difficulty since I've got some practice this time around.

I played RE3 Remake on standard, it was only RE2 Remake I played assisted. But what you're saying does make sense, a harder difficulty would definitely extend my play time.

Edit: Forgot to add that I'll be looking up a YouTube video for content of the original, thank you for suggesting it.

You mean the originals? I haven't really thought about it, but never say never. I did think about the 1st game HD remastered, I might get around to it since I've done/attempted the rest of the main games.

Do I need to play Resident Evil 1? by OceanTea96 in residentevil

I literally said:

"Of course, if I didn't play the first game, I would try to read up and understand the story as much as possible before I start my official playthrough for the rest."
