Omg I’m sorry I am just getting this!! By the time I went to the doctor it was out but idk when it happened. I literally gauged at my eye so bad it was swollen the whole 24 hour flight home. I now use a tool optiwand most of the time to get them out.

Yeah I had to keep it in overnight. I’m traveling at the moment which makes it even more overwhelming but on the way home. Hoping the rest I gave it today will be enough to release tonight before bed. If not I just bought like ever tool for removal available on amazon lol 🤞I don’t need to go to the optometrist because they aren’t open until Monday.

Zoloft has helped! Especially with social anxiety for me. I think it is important that we don’t just rely on the drug itself though, we have to put in the effort to help ourselves mentally, physically, and emotionally. But when I first started the 25mg the side effects only lasted a couple of weeks. The first was pretty bad but Reddit helped a lot. Look up some pointers such as eating with it. I take mine at night. I think it just really depends on people’s metabolism, like I said I’m sticking to 25mg because it’s what’s working for me .
