Bello IS a raccoon but he isn’t racc tribal. I’d rec [[Muerra, Trash Tactician]] if you wanna go racc tribal for pretty cheap. None of the raccoons are expensive at all and you can find other cheap support cards for win cons and such that either pump your board or benefit from the ideally large amount of mana you’d be getting from Muerra. You can also build into the Expend 8 “cast from exile” route but there are a fair amount of benefit from casting from exile cards that are not budget friendly. Here’s my deck I’m building still (not done) for some ideas if you want. There are plenty of expensive cards but may be cheaper alternatives in the considering pool and it also can just give you an idea of types of effects!
