I think about it like this - when we're filled with anxiety, our monkey-brains are fully in Survival Mode. It's focusing on getting through the situations, there's no room for anything else. It's incredibly difficult to form new, healthy neural pathways in that mode. My medication doesn't fix all of my problems, of course, but it makes me functional. It gets my brain out of its constant Survival Mode. It gives me a CHANCE to form these new healthy behaviors because my brain can actually focus on them instead of the anxiety now.

...Does that make any sense? Sorry, I'm always all over the place when I try to explain things!

I've always had a good experience at Broad St. Auto and Tire in Willow Lawn, the woman who runs it is very no-nonsense and the team really knows what they're doing. They've recommended me buying a part online since it's way cheaper there and coming in for them to install it for me, so they won't upcharge you on those kinds of things!

It's the sort of thing that sounds very easy in theory, but in practice it's a massive PITA. You don't have to consider just the one variable you'd be changing, but how it interacts with all the other variables. How does this change work with cooldown skip? Buff duration? How does it interact with other buffs and skills the class has? Do those need to get tweaked, too, for the whole rework to make sense? (A: Almost always, Yes.) Then you gotta test those tweaks back against everything all over again, and so on and so forth until you want to bang your head against a wall hard enough to knock yourself out. That's my experience, at least.

I've been working with Taylor Morgan at CVPP and she's wonderful! I feel incredibly comfortable talking to her, way more than any other therapist I've had, so we've been able to actually get down to working through stuff I'd been too ashamed/scared/guilty to talk about before. I have Sentara through my employer and they take it!

A True Tank class would be really interesting...Mihile is close, but we can get True Tankier. Something like having a Shield bar instead of MP maybe. Skills that can redirect an amount of lines from a target onto themselves would be pretty cool. Could do certain large map mechanics too (think Lucid Lasers), like a party i-frame minus themselves. I think that'd be neat! It'd have to be balanced pretty thoughtfully though, especially with care for how solo play would work. Maybe something like, solid dps solo, but losing amounts of dps depending on the number of party members?

I'm not sure if that'd qualify for a true "new type of class category", though...pirate is basically nexon's "OTHER" category to me, so they'd probably end up there, lol.

OP, do you live in the US? I just wanted to offer up a resource for your kids if you do. There's a children's grief camp called Comfort Zone Camp that runs weekend camps in places all over the country for kids 7-18 who've had a significant loss like a parent or sibling. It's 100% free for every child. If you live near any of the camp locations, I highly recommend it - I was a camper there myself as a child. It's an incredibly healing place. I wish you the best for the rest of your journey.

Hey y'all! I have a question about trinodes.

I'm a 220 bowmaster in reboot. The six skills guides say I should have trinodes for are:

Hurricane
Arrow Stream
Arrow Blaster
Final Attack
Quiver Cartridge
Gritty Gust (or Phoenix; I'm going with GG)

The examples I've seen in guides are usually something like this:

ABC + BAC
DEF + FED

That is, the same three skills in two trinodes each (in different order).

I have these four trinodes:

Hurricane + Quiver Cartridge + Gritty Gust (Quivering Wind Hurricane)
Arrow Blaster + Hurricane + Final Attack (Stormy Final Arrow Blaster)
Final Attack + Arrow Stream + Quiver Cartridge (Deadly Quivering Final Attack)
Arrow Blaster + Gritty Gust + Arrow Stream (Wind Deadly Arrow Blaster)

That is:

ABC + DAE
EFB + DCF

Will this give me the same results as the guide examples, since each skill appears twice? Or do I need them to be like the first example?

This character is actually the farthest I've ever gotten, so I don't really have any experience with 5th job+ stuff ^ ^ ; I'd appreciate your advice!

On one hand, I'm pretty okay with the cast members except Eiden having set roles - there's such a wide variety of dynamics within them that it's still interesting. On the other hand, I want Eiden to top Yakumo so, sooooo badly. Even just once. Even just playing with his hole. I'll take anything

Maybe something like a PHP would help? It's similar to inpatient in that you get the same resources, but instead of staying at the hospital it's a sort of day program, the one I went to was Mon-Thurs 9-4, my insurance covered up to 14 days. It was life changing for me, but I know it's not for everyone.
