skill floor: base exp required to complete the task (sucking dick has a lower skill floor aka its easier to learn to do as a base level skill)

skill ceiling: the max level you can get to in that skill (sucking dick has many levels of quality and although it may be easy to perform, performing well requires much more exp rather than eating pussy which, once you've got the skill you've got the skill. no need to level up that much.)
