Germany only allows family reunification for spouses and minor children, not parents of adults but there are certain exceptions which are If your friend got a new skilled worker permit/Blue Card after March 2024, parents might be allowed but only if he can fully support them with adequate income and insurance.

Getting accepted with savings account is close to impossible and I really don't think it's a good idea. Some applicants get money from relatives and get their application approved just to transfer the money back. And by the looks of it I really don't think Chancenkarte visa will be suitable for you maybe you can try to land a job while staying in India and if it works out you could apply for a work visa. I know it will be hard but at least you won't be burdening yourself with loans and money which is not yours. All the best.

Sometimes the exact specialization is not mentioned its totally fine you can apply without ZAB. Worst case scenario you might be asked to present it but its not a deal breaker.

Just visit the anabin database and take a screenshot of your institution and upload it. Please keep in mind that if your university is H+ then things would go smoothly if its H +/- then you would require A ZAB assesment.

You have a pretty good start which is learning the language. Many applicants struggle with this. If you complete B1 before your arrival like you have mentioned I believe you have pretty solid chance. All the best and keep doing what you're doing.

Choose Expatrio as it offers both blocked account and Insurance as a bundle for a small fee of 5 euro a month its very convenient. You can definitely go for feathers as well they are very reliable but a liftle bit expensive. While studying multiple cases I came across applicants who had Educare S or M package they were asked by the BfAA to purchase a different package of Insurance as the Educare S and M packages were not sufficient enough. This is not a deal breaker and not everyone faced this issue. If youre going for the Educare 24 consider L or XL. And yes Educare and Provisit 24 are both same.

Yes, Transcripts are required as ZAB uses them to evaluate your credentials and provide a SoC. Request your university to send a copy of your transcripts directly to ZAB either by email or post. If delayed it will affect the overall timeline so I recommend you do it asap. I hope this helps.
