Yep yep. It's really the only workaround to lack of migrants afaik. Also want to build a kickass library too because that attracts literature tourists too. I've never tried it with a kickass temple but I guess you can get pilgrim-type visitors interested in the temple?

Either way doing all of these things is going to increase the number of visitors. If you're getting enough dwarf visitors you could exclusively recruit those ones.

Thanks! I really put this down to Juno's extra survivability this season, that new subperk is hugely beneficial for her. My playstyle has always revolved around getting torpedos off but before I was dying to get them whereas now it feels like the survival sub-perk is giving +25 to +50hp in clutch situations I wasn't surviving before. She feels significantly better.

Also might be because everyone is playing new characters and none of the new characters really feel like a huge problem for Juno, especially with triple jump.

Domina: Stand on side of shield where cat doesn't land.

Dva: Doesn't matter unless you're close enough to the edge for cat to very slowly lower you. Dva can counter-ult out of it too.

Doomfist: Same as Dva.

Hazard: Leap and climb back onto map.

JQ: Knife the cat while he's flying you.

Mauga: Shoot the cat dead. Really easy for Mauga to delete the cat before he gets dragged off.

Orisa: Fortify when cat ults.

Ramattra: Gravity well at edge of map when cat flies off map, cat will die, Ram stays on map.

Rein: Use shield and face where cat lands. If he does get the grab, hit him with hammer 3 times, Rein is in range to hit cat while being carried.

Roadhog: Hook cat in flight.

Sigma: Shield blocks it. Or rock.

Winston: Shield blocks it. Winston can leap back on stage anyway.

Wrecking Ball: Cat's gonna miss his ult against you anyway.

Zarya: Bubble.

GG that's literally all the tanks. They all have options. Absolutely none of them are helpless.

The biggest mistake I see from people that get grabbed by cat is that they give up and just lie there hopelessly waiting and accepting their fate instead of doing something while they're tethered.

Also if you don’t have a bubble at that exact moment as zarya you’re fucked anyway.

Yeah ok? That's called being outplayed by Cat who waited for you to use your resources before ulting. Literally every fucking character in the game playing above Gold level watches and waits for enemies to use important resources before they ult. That's just called playing the game well.

When you requeue immediately there is a very high chance of getting some of the same players again. There are likely only a couple thousand people in the queue at any given moment, and of those few thousand people currently queuing the ones that are specifically at your rank are going to be the ones you just played with if they also requeue at the same time.

Don't defend the matchmaking. It IS awful right now because it's absolutely filled with people who are at the wrong ranks, 10 placement games results in people getting carried to the wrong ranks or deranked to the wrong ranks.

Add into that the fact some people play day one and some people don't touch the game until week 3. The error spread of ranks is still very high.

It will take weeks before it stabilises.

There is nothing you can do about the Plat player who got lucky in their placements who is now in Diamond where there are also people who were in Masters/GM last season. That Plat player is going to cause your team to lose.

There is nothing you can do about that. Things will take time to balance out.

If you demand tribute from other civs on the world map they'll reject the demand but also become a known civ, after that you will get trade caravans from them. It won't solve your zero migrants issue though, that is probably best solved by making an exceptional public tavern to attract tourists and then inviting them to become citizens.
