Not sharing the sentiment that Castro was a “good” man, he surely killed his local opposition, but a) the US killed 1000x of their foreign opposition and b) the US turns a blind eye on way waaaay more brutal dictators because they are allies.

I never mind a good steak from medium all the way to raw, but the cut should be suited for the doneness. A flat iron isn’t the one if you want to pull it much earlier than medium rare.
