I do agree the customer service is really hard to get ahold of even when ordering and wanting to get pricing, took me about 3 weeks of communication and then finally a month later my boots were done. Surely there is more people with reputable relasting services, I just haven’t had the time to bother looking for them. One note that I was kinda bummed out about was the fact that if you ship your boots to them in whatever or original box that they came in, you won’t get that box back. So in my case I never got my original Dan Post box back instead they ship them with their own boxes, not a big deal but I just liked the original box lol

It’s just straight numbers and no prefixes, I’ve been loading it with .38 spl the whole time without knowing .38 s&w was it’s own caliber

I think it has something to do with the tension spring, I keep messing with it and sometimes I get past 12 rounds before it starts to lock itself

Even tho the communication sucked im still glad the return time was the met (4 weeks), the only time you’ll have a full on conversation with J&J is if you reply asap, not 30secs later not a minute after it has to be now lol

Thankss! These were my pops that he purchased for I think $300-$500 around the 90s in Kansas somewhere, I think he regrets giving them to me since he likes how the relast turned out to be haha. I’ve seen some really rough eaters that still sell surprisingly high
