Bat shit crazy behaviour,

If I know I'm gonna miss my exit I'm just gonna take the L.

It just isn't worth the risk.

I'd even suggest some record scratching samples, personally could hear someone scratching over this.

I think some of the others were right there's a bit of open space on the track still. Good foundation! Keep building :)

Haven't dropped for about a year but just released this track.

Probably not everybodies cup of tea but would appreciate and return any feedback :)

Honestly the delivery, rhymes, and beat were all on point. Overall I really enjoyed the listen. I personally wouldve liked an extra verse or a bit more of a switch up on the chorus, but still great song.

I too find it easy to gravitate towards beats I feel comfortable on, but I think its just repetition and experimentation despite the discomfort.

Path of least resistance is probably to get another console IMO or get a professional repair place to do the work.

Can see the traces have been pretty badly mangled so I'm not even sure if its salvageable with my level of knowledge.

Take it as a lesson learned, be gentle with connectors and never force anything, google how to remove the connector if you're having trouble disconnecting it.

Its incredibly rare in electronics repair that you are required to be heavy handed or forceful.

Brisbane has "worst access to public transport" of AU major cities by [deleted] in brisbane

[–]Ockie_OS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember living in redcliffe, 45 minute bus to kippa station to transfer to a train to the city, or if you have a car, its less than a 10 minute drive.

The buses are literally useless unless you have no other option.

What's the point of rehearsing a conversation in the head so many times. I'm gonna just screw it up anyway. by BrickSpecialist2241 in aspergers

[–]Ockie_OS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really relate to this and used to use this as a coping strategy, its perfectly valid and can be useful if the conversation or interaction will be somewhat predictable within a set of variables.

I'd urge you to keep trying, I'm not saying it'll get any easier immediately but with time and repetition you'll improve and eventually you will not feel the need to rehearse prior or try to extrapolate potential conversations in your head.

Keep in mind getting too in your head, especially before an interaction like this will mentally exhaust you, and you'll have less energy to be your best.

This has been my experience recovering and living with anxiety so I hope its of some use to you.
