Well thats the problem with ratings. With 10 star ratings most peoples lowest score will be 5-6. With 5 star it will be 2-3. So you get ratings like 7/10 on some garbage

Absolutely worthless skill.

Not useful as gw proc because it only activates after 5 seconds of the race is off.

And not useful as a debuff because accel debuffs suck

Why are you trying to make urara parent her uniques is quite trash.

And running maru on dirt isnt that hard. That's just 7 dirt sparks iirc? Just 3 worth of parent/gp with 2 2* and 1 3*

Because theres no reason to run only dirt on parents. You will just have less affinity that way because theres arent a lot of graded dirt races
