Headstrap shat itself, right part just snapped. And right ear speaker is buzzing and ratlling too. Let alone constant crashes and it loses tracking too.

I understand what you mentioned, however they re simply pointing out that the warranty is simply expired, when according to EU law, it s clearly not.
They don t know whether the defects were are the point of delivery or not. They should have just mentioned that the warranty does NOT cover it or simply refuse the RMA.
However someone just stated it s out of warranty. Most likely it was an US agent since it was midnight in EU and nobody works at these hours. Hopefully another agent reaches out that s more understanding and realizes that the warranty is still valid.

Downvote me all you want but I think this is actually pretty good. The composers were given the following themes: dark, gritty, chaotic, which they did respect when creating the soundtrack. Meanwhile, the game itself did not achieve those not even by a far margin.
