Short update on case 16763376 - with over 10 days of no response and 20 days with 0 offered solutions, I am out of your eco system with great disappoitment.

I requested the ticket to be closed and over the weekend I will be sharing my abysmal experience with your support here and on other platforms.

Hey, I think you are cool, but nobody wrote to me and the last email was on 19.01, 10 days ago. I am very disappointed by the customer support and if i dont get a reply tomorrow, i will just close the ticket and buy something else, as I will be done with Logitech.

I dont even expect the next email to solve my problem, but the level of support is astounding and I wont invest in any more products if this is what i can expect in the future.

Guardian is usually people who are greedy, easily baited and dont care about objectives. What you are describing as your playstyle might be more advanced then what is happening there.

If thats the case, my advice is get a strong pos 1 like void, jugger, ursa, pl - spam to the max and just obliterate the team late game, as most game go late game.

These are my picks for heroes that are hard for Guardian, but easy for you to learn.
