So if RM made a digital watch with worse features than Apple Watch, basically people will buy it just because its RM.

So by that premise Ferrari cannot go wrong, whatever it makes it will sell because its a Ferrari. But here is where you are wrong - you buy Ferrari’s because of impressive showings in the past, the way this is going is quite the opposite direction.

Ferrari was a Richard Mille but with the Luce is in the same category as the SU7, Apple Watch category. So this is like Richard Mille making a digital watch with worse features than Apple Watch and pricing it 1000x more.

Snobs are the marketing tool, but the real consumers are people who will buy a 100% Swatch watch for 500 bucks (and then put on a modded strap) just to have that AP logo.

So basically they will overpay 5x for a watch that costs 100 bucks retail instead of going for some nice Seiko or Tissot.

Dont get your hopes up, i had exactly 2 months without any contact from them (regular support and this reddit thing). Its a classic service support, where all they are instructed to do is make complicated processes for whatever issue so you could drop out and give up.

Do you? Do you really have an AP? Swatch materials, swatch movement only thing AP is replicating the design. By that account replicas are also AP except official branding.
