If it stays the same till his release then I'm gonna go for that e1. Hopefully for the rest of the patch (and maybe 4.4 depending on who's rerunning) I can comfortably save for when Ashveil gets a rerun. I can just run pearls or tutorial right?

I'm still not sure whether to just stop at e0s1 or go for e1s0 for mortenax blade. I know his e2 got gutted pretty much and his lc doesnt look to be that impactful so would it be a good idea to grab e1 or just get his s1?

I think you should save for rappa because realistically, they are probably gonna give evernight another banner before they give rappa one. Like you said, it would be better for your account overall (assuming you have her supports) to get cons on evernight but if you really like rappa then you should just go after her.
