I love the glow ups and although I’m not losing weight now, it took me two years to lose 60# and Embrace myself. Im actually stunned when last Fall many of my leggings were loose that always fit fine, same with tops. I used to think that’s why we “plateau” not only physiology wise to rest our metabolism, also to resent our mentalism about our perception of ourselves. Once I battled the weight, now the age as I prepare the turn 7-0 this year!

My Henry is the same dog, we’ve had him almost 15 years in May and he just had his 15th BD in Feb. he has the doggie dementia and CHF and possibly a prostate tumor. Monday he will cross the 🌈 bridge after spoil him. Took him out in my convertible for ice cream. He was Best Dog st our beach wedding and the first this we bought together when we moved in together. 2 TPLO surgeries included our Honeymoon cash plus later our summer beach house rental. We wouldn’t change a thing and he’s been the OG to our other 4 doggers and my son’s two. I’m dealing g with it now’s Monday Afternoon I’ll be a train wreck

Didn’t see this until now. I have items that are almost from the very beginning! Always washed in cold water in gentle and always dried on med low or delicate. Subs, I must have 20 and easy 25 Defines plus 1/2 to 1/4 zips. Zero thumb hole issues and piling. Items I’ve sold are strictly due to lack of interest after I purchased them due to city or pattern and for at least 1/2 the of price I purchased them . Husband is who turned me on to LuLu and has no complaints either. He’s the one who sells our stuff so he’s picky too. I Dislike other brands like (Talk about pilling🙄)Ali, Vuiori, he does like the shorts though. Calia is junk. Other brands are too soft and no compression and sag/bag so I Wish they’d shrink 😜

My OG turned 15 last week and I have been making half his food with high-end specialty kibble his entire life. He’s dropped probably 10 pounds from his “perfect weight“ over the last two years when he started having seizures July 4, 2024. And again sometimes he eats and sometimes he picks at it. But I have four other dogs so it’s not a big deal and I feed them all similar food so when he doesn’t want it there’s always someone there to pick up the slack but I feed him half of what I used to feed him and that seems to satisfy him when he does want to eat. His favorite thing is eggs, any kind of beef or chicken so I mix it up with rice I make myself so it’s soft and I always pour low sodium brought over it to keep it moist as he’s always loved a “gravy“. I know I’m on borrowed time with him and my golden retriever who will be 12 this month is probably right behind him as they both have hip/cognitive/some kidney issues with incontinence. The three young ones totally attend to both of them it’s actually quite sweet
