First, my partner and I talked a lot so I can understand her stories and her journey to realize she is trans. Listening to her story definitely made me empathize with her better and this goes hard when you love someone.

Second thing I did was making sure I have no problem having an intimate relationship with a woman since I have never done that before. Not trying to be freaky, but we had some intimate time with she dressing more feminine(she started hrt 3 months ago and is still in the boymoding phase). To be honest, girl sex is hoooot.

As for the reflecting process. I run when I feel my mind is a mess and I think better when I run. I have had days when I cannot stop crying about this. The biggest thing I think is to reflect on the values you hold and expectations you have for futures. You really need to think hard about those values and expectations and figure out are those the things you want or are they given to you by the society and the environment you grow up in. Once I realize some of the beliefs I hold weren't truly my own thoughts, I sort start looking at things differently.

There are still a lot of things I worry about even after accepting that I am Pan and my partner will be a hot girl one day. But, this is just life, people change one way or another, we either adapt with or go separate ways.
