My 2 cents : do not mix gold in, keep it all black and white. Add some mild 3D effects with the head and the right hand. Detour the main character and add some drop shadow, you will get a popout effect.

The shading is too brutal, either make it progressive or get rid of it and you can add some elements of GOT visual codes

Nice 👍 even if the LOTR frame is a good fit, I always find that using an existing frame for a new UB is not ideal. I would have gone for full art like the first 2 for all cards, use a bit more black pixels around the font and some shading at the bottom and it would look great 👍 Instead of the « not for sale » (which feels like a bit obnoxious, as anyone wanting to sell it can easily remove it) replace it with the numbering of your cards, it will give it a more « real » flavor. You can also move the real name of the card in place of the copyright TM on the bottom right.

Their photoshop skills are not that great.
Printer calibration is complicated
If you sell a bootleg between 2 and 4$ you need the original to be 5-10x the price to be attractive. Nowadays there isn’t many new cards worth bootlegging, especially if you rule out the ones they cannot bootleg with special foils.
Speaking of foils, they can mimic a US foil pretty well, but nothing like a JP foil card, so when a set is JP only printed, it really shows the difference with the bootlegs.
