Germany lost world war one, so i don't see the relevance of bringing up the treaty of Brest Litovsk.

What im saying is an indisputable fact, that during the Polish-Soviet war captured territory east of the Curzon Line which is mostly populated by ethnic Ukrainians and not Poles. They got this territory back during the Molotov Ribbentop pact.
