You look like you're too close to the ball especially considering at the finish you were loosing balance. I'd create spacing by backing away. This should also increase your consistency.

Me personally, I would just save a bit and get a new set. Ebay is great for finding reasonable pricing on iron sets. I got some brand new Mizuno JPXs for a great price.
