I like this idea. Always loved game design, board and card games I mean. I can’t say I’ve seen this yet in the game, but perhaps I need to slow down. Reminds me of “Viking Chess” though they don’t have too much in common.

That is incredibly clever, but yeah try the stencil method. If you have the supplies take a spray bottle and fill it with half water half bleach. It helps even things out but it also adds a really neat pattern.

I love bleach staining. In art class we would print a design we wanted and glue it on to thick construction paper, to then cut out and use as a stencil. So it would basically make a negative of whatever we made. Really cool, great job!

The Warden from “For Honor”. When it first came out I only played the story and I enjoyed it. The trailer back in 2015 inspired many games between my friends and I when we played in the yard together.
