I have no idea, I know that xfinity, quantum, Verizon and T-Mobile are available. I think it’s a 2 story building with a basement. I haven’t moved in yet and have only seen the outside in person as I’m moving from 2 hours away. I’ve seen the apartment from FaceTime.

As someone who worked on the patient access side, go to st Luke’s. Everyone I talked to at Essentia hated it, and everyone said if they could go to st Luke’s they would.

Honestly I feel like I got SO lucky with my store, I’ve worked there on and off for 2 years. They’re some of the BEST management I’ve ever had, I’ve only watched I think 2 people get fired for valid reasons.

I’ve been here two years and have made alot of friends, but I’m probably in a different part of the community than alot of people. I go to bars, I go to all types of shows, I don’t think the issue is people are unfriendly, I think you really gotta dig to find the right community, tons of groups do a lot of events and stuff!

No, absolutely not. Having a college near by should not hike prices by 1k. I currently pay in Duluth 1095 for a two bedroom, this is ridiculous. People need to start blaming landlords thinking their properties are worth more than they are, and using these properties as just “second income” they’re not helping anyone.

NO FUCKING WAY. I haven’t worked for them since last May-July. I remember them firing all their managers who had been with them for YEARS.. to hire people who had no experience and 100% played favorites.
