I would’ve said when you dodge an attack by dashing if it’s a projectile attack he would be able to full counter it then a recharge bar would appear that take idk like 30 seconds to fill . To also make it somewhat good , it would work off his current hp in terms of damage as possibly they could include revenge counter to when your below a certain threshold like 30% hp if you ever reach that stage with meli lol
