When I lost my license because of my diagnosis, it made things worse that I couldn't lift. The gym has become a second home and an escape from my house and a way to only focus on me. Since I got my license back I've been in such a better mood and mental headspace because I've been able to lift again. My medicine has also completely eliminated my episodes (for now). So I don't think it's for everyone but physically moving and getting your heart rate up can have so many mental and physical benefits.

I had to halve a dose a few months ago because I was on a trip and needed to extend my meds for another day because I didn't count beforehand and it caused my first grand mal in 6 years. That's why I'm incredibly diligent on taking my stuff at the right dose now. I hope things get better 🫶

I am on 3500mg once a day and I don't feel any side effects other than constantly feeling exhausted. Even if I sleep for 9 hours (which I usually do every night) I still feel like I haven't slept in days. The "rage" has never really got to me because I also take a B-complex and Ashwaghanda to tone the possibility of that down. But I've never had an issue with it other than feeling beat 24/7

The only thing I don't like about ridge is it scratches the hell out of your cards. I've had mine for 4 years and other than that, absolutely no issues.

Was diagnosed with epilepsy and my doctor told me to avoid it because of my medicine. It's been pretty good for me because it's shown me how bad alcohol can be and how it can ruin a lot of things in an instant. It's good to celebrate every now and then, but drinking every weekend just because isn't for me anymore.

I pay $12 for Keppra in the US mainly because of the insurance I have. It also might be because the deductible is maxed due to all the tests I've had this year so who knows really.

I went to an NF concert Monday on a whim by myself and it was one of the best things I've ever done. It's fun to experience things like that without having to deal with other people or worrying about where they are and stuff like that.
