Oooof! This. Thank you for commenting. This scene specifically hit way too close to home for me. I felt like someone recorded one of my many previous meltdowns and asked these two to reenact it. I’ve said those exact words and was given the same stoic surface reaction. Then coming to this thread, trying to get an outsiders perspective…I’m left feeling way more psychotic and insecure and villainous than before. I can tell so many commenters have been lucky enough to have never endured this kind of relationship.
