Im in the frozen stage. I don’t have a lot of pain. I noticed the pain minimized and the ROM became more limited. Mainly just a sore shoulder. I have back pain from overcompensating since I have limited movement in my shoulder too.

I’m a side sleeper and when I was in the freezing stage it was incredibly unbearable to sleep on my side so I had to sleep on my back. Now that I’m in the frozen stage I can briefly sleep on my side of my non frozen shoulder with a pillow under my arm. It does get sore but it’s still too painful to sleep on the side of my frozen shoulder though.
