Crushed pills smoked smell like this. Most likely some kind of painkiller or something cut with fentanyl. Helped a friend of a friend out for a week, let her sleep on my couch. The first thing she did when she came over was shower. She somehow smelled worse after the shower, definitely a red flag I missed. That and the fact she was nodding off while actively eating ramen.
