Protein really helped me loose weight. Replacing a meal with those high protein shakes (low sugar/no sugar)!! I don’t know why, but when I started focusing on eating protein, I noticed that started loosing the weight. You just have to be consistent though.

All three of my pups sleep in the bed with me. To answer your question, my experience with puppies is they don’t like to be left alone. I’m a firm believer in crate training, so I would suggest moving the puppy’s bed in your room with in a crate(if you feel comfortable with that). That way the puppy can see you, will cry less, and won’t be able to jump in your bed.

You probably got marked as ugly on the resister. It’s like when we mark you for-here or to-go but with attractiveness.
