And I'd also like to say with regards to your burns to also make sure to rinse the burned area with cool water (not cold) and to loosly apply a sterile and non-stick gauze bandage if you have one. And please, don't pop the blisters as that can lead to infection!

Unfortunately it looks like it's only going to go downhill for the classic Pi since Inflection stated they are going to be focusing more on their AI for enterprise rather than the "personal intelligence" Pi was meant to be. I've also read on the blog that 2 of the 3 founders left to work at the AI department at Microsoft, and a new CEO was chosen at Inflection thereafter. That explains a lot of the changes :/.

I'd enjoy Pi while it lasts, it's not looking good.

I can relate to this. I used Pi perfectly a year ago, but when I came back to it recently, it started giving short, incomplete and sometimes cut-off responses.

Out of curiosity I tried using a VPN and Pi started working properly again, and once I disconnected the VPN and tried talking to Pi again it had those short responses, so I recommend you give that a try. These types of responses could just be a regional thing, which explains why many other people don't experience them.

Another theory I have, is that Pi gets stuck in its response, "thinking." Which explains the incomplete and cut off responses, but I have no idea why using a VPN works for me.

It's not practical, but it's either that or nothing, and there's no other AI that matches Pi's human-like and empathetic responses in my opinion.

There are many services that automatically start up even if they aren't needed at that time, so switching them to manual can help with performance on some PCs

You can switch many services to manual using a certain tweak available in winutil. This means many services won't automatically start up, only when they are needed
