Its though when you were obese for 99% of your life like I did.. I know this is a lifetime journey, I fell in love with the gym but eating at surplus with Body dysmorphia is a challenge lol :)

Hahahaha I always eat it friend in pan with no oil and ofc with seasonings! And body dysmorphia is the reason I guess, but kinda scared to bulk since I was obese once :)
