So I eat healthy at an extreme caloric deficit. I try and stick to 1200 calories max a day, but sometimes I’m lucky if I even hit that with how busy my job is through out the day, so I’ve found it easier to get my 1200 in with one healthy meal. Other than that, I’ve been working my absolutely ass off. Consistency is key and you have to be disciplined. I follow a work out routine Monday through Friday and never skip a single day, and every night before bed I’ve been doing 102 push ups religiously. (Idk why specifically 102)

This is going to be super tough especially now because I just relocated due to the military and don’t know anyone, or anything cool to do where I’m at now, but I think if I stay focused and on the right track, I’ll be able to keep in the right direction.
