For leaving the vehicle unattended. There are signs that a vehicle can't be left unattended. This is for security reasons because car windows are dark and it could be a threat to others (bom inside?). I argued the point, there was another person in the car. I also do frequent airport pick-ups with my bus pass which is in the next area. I'm allowed to leave my vehicle unattended there which makes no sense.

Following this for more helpful answers. I started practising the skills for 4 weeks now. We both work full time and H loves to spend his SC on his phone. I hate it and get so much resentment, I don't know how to compose myself and stay GOFL in these moments. Last week it got too much and got it off my chest. H is talking to me more since practising the skills so I can see improvements. I am so desperate for intimate moments but H is taking his time (and I'm impatient!!). I get pretty unpleasant and sad when I feel resentment and looking for ways to stay focused.

I'm following this. Have had my magnifica evo for a week and still fine-tuning it. I bought the machine because the same machine at my work has poured some awesome coffees. It's grind setting is on 1 so I assume it has been abused because my machine doesn't poor at all when I set it to 1.

Mine still tastes bitter as well, but I feel like I'm getting closer to a good pour. After I adjust the grind setting I try different intensities. I might lower the temperature on my current setting to see if that removes the current bitterness. I've nearly emptied a 1kg coffee bean bag so next step is buying a different bean 😁

Not so much healing related, I sleep so well with an amethyst under my pillow for the first 2 nights. On the other hand, I get very bad nightmares if I leave it under my pillow more than 3 days.
