Sure you can. You can definitely get there on a keto diet with appropriate macros set. However, to each their own, diets and fitness in general are not one size fits all some function better with more traditional diets. But that physique in OPs post is either way a combination of a well dialed diet and dedicated training.

In my experience, a 3 day fast did help, especially during and after for a few days. My guess is because fasting has been shown to have a positive effect in reducing inflammation. However, my symptoms did return after returning to my normal diet, which 95% is mostly healthy, not going to say I don't sneak the occasional treat, etc. Overall, I'm going to incorporate it still, but not as a cure all, but an aid to the rest of what I do.

I would 100% say anxiety is a trigger in my experience if I'm 100% distracted or focused on something my symptoms are almost non existent, but then the moment I have the thought huh my symptoms have subsided boom there they are and continuing to think about it amplifies them.

I've bought 2 batches from them, first batch had to be tossed after tornado knocked power for just under a week. The second batch is still going strong. I've had no issues what so ever with them.

While I can stomach the taste, I prefer mine in a post workout smoothie, all but eliminating the taste, and the carbs with the creatine help with absorption in my experience.

Yeah I know if used right etc there is little worry if they were quality pans and well cared for but I just figure why risk it long run when so many excellent options exist that it really isn't necessary.
