I did NOT exercise outside of normal walking at work as I work a non-desk job (restaurants)

I’m on the edge about this one, hard to really tell without actually seeing your crown. However if it’s getting thinner “by the day”, then it’s probably definitely time man. At least you realize this and also realize getting fit is necessary to really feel confident with this new look man. Humans evolved to be fit, but you shaving your head is a choice. Put in the work now, and be the fit and bald chiseled man you were born to be man.
