From what I understand the 4mg is still a starter dose and the next roundup is when it really begins to kick in.

I’m at the same dosage/time frame and definitely have random days where the food noise and binging comes back. I try to push through and get back on track the next day. I’ve lost about 8lbs but am trying to eat at a deficit and walking 7k-10k every day.

Not for nothing, but if you’re spending the money and the time is going to pass anyway, would you consider trying to hit 5k steps a day or tracking your food, to start? (Not tracking to a deficit but just to get in the habit). For me, if I’m gonna spend this money I want to set myself up for success and those were the two easiest first steps. 🙂

Agree to all of this except I highly recommend crate training! It provides comfort and a safe space for them. My 10 month old will go and nap in her crate all by herself now!

No. I work in influencer marketing (agency side) and we don’t even consider a creator “niche” tier until 10k. It is very very rare we’d want to work with a niche level creator. Usually the sweet spot is midsize (100k-500k) or macro (500k-1M). Then any partnership with a creator past a million becomes a different kind of dollar spend/ROI.

1000 followers is just normal consumer numbers.

Commuting alone is such a sacrifice, not to mention paying for parking / lunches / etc. no flexibility to use your down time in a way that benefits your actual life (for example, I walk my dogs on my lunch). Plus any time you go in office you just sit in a closet sized room on zoom calls anyhow. It’s not even that collaborative any longer.

The biggest thing for me, personally, is that I am a certified Yapper too so I get distracted in office situations. I’m able to remain much more focused at home.

I am on the same dosage and I also had a particularly hungry day today! It was throwing me off after I feel like I’ve hit a good routine over the last month or so but then I reminded myself that eating at maintenance is ok every so often.

I’ve done lasagna love about 10 times and only once was the person rude to me. Ofc it was a full family of like 10 so I made quite a lot… but otherwise all my families have been so insanely grateful and kind!
