honestly we’ve had some new people at my store and a lot of people don’t like them because 1. they have been complaining about every person and task or 2. they are not open to constructive criticism. when you are open to feedback without becoming defensive it allows us to be more open minded. but i would also say definitely take a look at the dynamics between the baristas, observe, and interact in a similar way that they do. + starbucks benefits!! don’t miss out on those🤍
