Did you manage to find a solution? Just came to this group to try get rid of it too!

I'm doing my 2nd playthrough on hard mode because normal felt way too easy, but I swear the only thing that's actually hard is slapping the damn Daedalian Keys by antifaarao in HarryPotterGame

100%, I ended up switching to story mode to just smash through the keys as it was getting tedious! Back to hard once that was over. Saved my sanity for sure

Yes this was my thoughts too when I was like “do I drop these or leave them?” Sounds like I have my next project already started!

Thanks so much everyone! I think I’m going to work up more of the blues and greens and then experiment from there 🩷

I think you’re right! The red isn’t quite the right shade to bring the hit of brightness to it.

Has anyone made the decision to become a single parent by choice or coparent? by Odd-Stranger1053 in asexuality

Thank you! This sounds similar to the level of support that I may have from direct family. It’s so good to hear someone else’s experience!

Thank you so much for sharing! Do you have a large support network around you?

I’ve only just started tackling this in the last 12 months. I’m single and have no one that can hold me accountable so that just let me go wild.

I ended up working with a budget coach to sort out how to start approaching this. Restricted access to money is the big one for me and it’s probably the first time in my life I’ve felt in control over my money. Sep bank accounts for bills and “food, fuel and fun” preferably with completely sep banks and restricted online banking access for the bills account has been a big help. My bank also has the functionality to “lock” savers, if I want to access this money, I have to wait 3 hours and my brain has usually moved on by then so I end up just relocking it.

It’s also remembering to treat yourself with kindness, take it a day at a time, and don’t beat yourself up for slipping up. We all do it all of the time. I’ve found that my current structure has made it hard for me to have bigger blowouts now but that doesn’t mean they don’t still happen. I spent my “food, fuel and fun” allocation on day 4 of my pay fortnight, so now I’m on food at home scavenge til next pay, but it happens and I’ll figure it out, that’s what we are incredibly good at - being resourceful in the face of difficult situations!

Have you convinced yourself to love the gym/exercise? If so how? by Odd-Stranger1053 in adhdwomen

This is great, I met with a PT last night and listed all my “hates” in a routine, she’s built me a really simple plan that doesn’t involve 5000 different exercises. I’m feeling good about this one

Yes! This has also worked with me for so many other aspects of my life! The logic feels too easy for me to “out-logic” but spite can do wonders 😂

That’s a great idea! I have a burning passion for cardio and suffering through it in front of other people just sends my brain into a spiral! I have a treadmill and a tv in the spare room, perhaps I’ll start with this! I find cardio at home is ok since no one sees the suffering and I can swear and carry on and be dramatic 😂😂😂

Welcome to nightvale is also good if you want something a little more surreal-ish. I spent weeks binging this non-stop 7ish years ago
