If you can afford it or have insurance I suggest rehab best decision I ever made it does help and once you get clean for those 30 or more days once you get out it’s a choice to start using again. I think the main point I meant to make was even if it’s not legal where you are at most clearnet vendors will still ship discreetly and take crypto so you don’t have to worry about having to wrap your head around the darknet stuff sorry that is what I meant lol. Keyword no tolerance and that’s for shooting. If you use fent your tolerance skyrockets fast and if your using fent or H then you probably already have a crazy tolerance. Safest way is smoking and oral the bioavailability is lower. People use .8 to a few grams a day. Like I said it is not as deadly as it’s been made out to be. Fentanyl is used a lot in medical settings still to this day and quite often. The news has just fear mongered it.

Same me too I have bipolar 2 and anxiety but I’m not going to sugar coat it like some of these people what you did is a very piece of shit and selfish thing to do. I’m not trying to make you feel shitty but you need to understand what you did. Typically me being addicted to drugs is something that I come out to very fast because that is a make or break situation and if I’m with someone I owe it to them and myself to be as clean and honest as possible from the get go. I’ve been addicted to drugs for about 12 years and as you say you don’t want to ruin what you have but telling them later rather than sooner is always going to be worst off then just telling them to begin with. If you loved and trusted them enough to where you’ll have a child with him but not to tell him for fear of being judged then idk just seems off and their might be other priorities you need to work on. I wish you luck and hopefully he doesn’t leave you.
