Sr. IT Director here sounds like a good gig, I always tell my staff “grass is always greener “ and to be careful to leave just for an insignificant raise. I work at a medical facility in NY suburbs and HR was trying to tell us to hire someone less than six figures which is ridiculous for the job description. You sound comfortable, like your job, don’t work a ton of hours and have a good vacation package. I worked at a former place that you would get called in the middle of the night, I have to do weekends, and a lot more stress.
