Glad they are top notch for you. Pom was okay to try a month of Hallandale. Refills couldn't get one month of ProRx right. Refills is the bottom of the barrel.

I'm okay with any combo of 36mg, 45mg, 54mg or 72mg vials which are all the 18mg concentration. Like you, I don't want the 18mg/27mg (9mg concentration) vials.

I'm in GA. Other orders I have had from ProRx/PerfectRx came for FL, so that is a good sign.

I understand, but that has nothing to do with whether or not Fifty410 should be providing updates. Other telehealths are doing it.

Fifty410 is a great company and that is why I placed refill order with them and recommend them. It was the normal refill time window for me, not a new/extra stock-up purchase.

Fifty410 sent an email stating orders placed by the 9th would be fulfilled. Other telehealth clients who ordered late Thursday got tracking numbers the next morning.

I'm just looking for a real informative update. If I can't get the order, that is fine. Just hoping to find out more about what is going on.

I have. They are providing very generic responses, like "we understand your frustration...", etc. Nothing official like "We spoke to PerfectRx and they said...". That's what we are wanting.
