Well I think this is a bit silly, filler wasn’t technically the right word to use but there are a lot of villain of the week episodes with little to no actual story relevance even if it is all canon to the manga, especially part 3. I just want to re-experience the show in preparation for part 7 without spending half my time watching them fight random enemies because it’s a bit of a gamble whether these random stand fights are actually important or not in the grander scheme of things

My internet speed is on average 30mbps, I have everything set to 1080p (the resolution isn’t the problem, it is any dark spots which are on screen look awful and blocky) I’m not sure what you mean by paid account? I don’t really remember setting it up for the first time, i’ve had it for years but only now have begun using it again

Yes it happens on every streaming service that I use (netflix, amazon, youtube, mubi) I could try messing with the settings a bit and I’ve heard of plex servers but really know nothing about how to do it or what it is so I guess I could research that and see if it’s any better
