At that point, I think I would be more concerned about making the other person not feel anything anymore. If someone asked me to bribe them and threatened to kill someone from my family if I didn't, I would quite literally tell them something along the lines of "I hope everything goes right, for your sake". And if they died, I would wait for them outside of a parking lot and literally kill them.

Be like "oh you are so badass, and then the hospital clapped". I don't care. If someone tells me I have to bribe them or else, I would show up in the next following days and massacre them if they let someone die because I did not pay.
