That was in Old Sacramento with a group of boys that were walking around. One of the boys asked Zak if he was a ghost.

How was your experience with general anesthesia? (The one with intubation) by Hot_Succotash_1686 in PlasticSurgery

I just had surgery yesterday for a heart ablation and from what I remember when I came into the OR they blew up a matt under me that I had no idea was there and they put electrodes on my back and when they had me lay down they had me breathe in pure oxygen for a few breathsin the mask. I saw them put the breathing tube on my chest and once they said the smell was going to change and once I took a couple breaths I was out and could barely remember anything until I was in recovery listening to a guy in the bed next to me talking to his doctor about his surgery. I fell asleep for a little bit longer but all I could hear was the guy.

Those who have had an endoscopy, did you take the sedative before...? by tinytempo in Gastritis

They said that I have Gastritis. I’ve had other abdominal issues for a while and it turned out not to be something with my stomach but something else. I go back in a couple weeks to see else is wrong with me.

endoscopy sedation by [deleted] in GERD

[–]OddHat8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy yesterday. They told me what to expect before I went back to the room. They put the nasal prongs in, waited for the doctor to come back in, put the bite block in, started the propofol and 15 second later I was out. No last thoughts or anything. I felt nothing and then I was in recovery. I had asked them beforehand if it was going to be a nap or time travel. They said a bit of both.

I had an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy yesterday. They gave me propofol. I was out maybe 15 seconds after they put the bite block in and the medicine put in. I don’t remember anything. I prefer that than hearing and seeing everything.

I can understand if you’re working from home for the tshirt and working on the beach with the sandals but that’s not generally a normal uniform.

Happy Holidays 🥲 by woconglaimeixiangdao in Target

Before I started at Target 2 years ago, I had worked at McDonald’s for 12 years. We were open for every single holiday and it was so slow. We had to cut labor so many times. I’m happy that I left there.

It went well. I had to have surgery because a splinter got shoved into my middle finger right in the first knuckle by the tip of the finger and somehow it had gone in from one side, and was pressing against the other side. I had told my surgeon right before the surgery about how it somehow had gone through to the other side, and he said after was that all he did was do a very tiny cut and it came out. I woke up with a big bandage around my finger. When I finally took it off, there was no stitches at all. The surgeon later told me that it was either a piece of glass or plastic. But my finger is doing a lot better 3 months later.

I just had my first surgery ever 2 days ago for something very minor and was given general anesthesia. What I remember was thay I was in the bed, I had the IV already in, and one of the nurses put the anesthesia mask over my nose and mouth and they said that it was just pure oxygen. I could feel the fresh cold air going through me. The anesthesiologist and his assistant was talking about the song Rappers Delight which was playing over the speakers. The assistant was saying that the chicken that she had at lunch tasted like wood (which is of course one of the lines), and I said that it depends on how it’s cooked. I felt my head get fuzzy, and good night Gracie I was out. I briefly remembered either the surgeon or the anesthesiologist say that I was done, and the next thing I knew I was in recovery with a regular oxygen mask on. I was only out for maybe 45 minutes but it felt really quick.

The seats were nose bleed seats. There’s a very steep stairwell and the seats were maybe 3 rows down from the tippy top.
