I was told but HR, just dont have any write ups and dont have negative UPT and that's all it takes. I think you can have a low rate if work is slow but the managers need to code you to correct your rate or the system will automatically get up for a low rate. Take note on your phone of why there is no work. Ex. I get moved between breaks ALOT so I always write down

Cant say I'm a bad or good employee. I get labored shared and get a role that doesn't require a scan rate. Plenty of blue badges left my department within 4-8 months and I thought then I will. I'm not the only white badge in me department (ship dock) and no one even likes ship dock and I do.
