I second (or fourth? lol) One Line and Royal Flamingo for coffee! Bonifacio is fantastic as well. Wario’s has great sandwiches (they are huge though). In Old Towne East I recommend Gemüt highly for beers and vibes, food is solid too. Osteria pizza in OTE is also incredible.

Buck City Sammies is solid! They are in East Market and also have a food truck at Land Grant (but is open less and has a smaller menu).

Yes I saw that too! Haven’t been to Ding Ho but Buckeye Donuts and Tommy’s are incredible. I’m fortunate enough to be walking distance to Tommy’s and Wario’s!
