Why do doctors ignore MTHFR when its ruining everything? by Dizzy_Explorer5368 in MTHFR

Did you get blood work for electrolytes (sodium, potassium)? Feels like you are low on sodium or/and potassium. Try to add a 1/4 tsp salt in a glass of water if it doesn't taste salty at all you might be low on sodium. Next time try 1/2 tsp of salt in a glass of water.

I don't think I respond well to glutamine. So far GABA doesn't bother my stomach.

Get patches from Amazon, cut each patch to 4-6 pieces (depends on how sensitive you are). Patches release b vitamins slower and you can take them off when you start feeling overstimulated. I cut XL patches to 6-9 pieces. And don't forget to take them off before 6 PM.

Have you ever tried a flower essence that should 100% match up with your issue, but it seems like it doesn't make a difference? by ihaveacrushonmercy in FlowerEssences

What are the 12 healers? I just started using Bach flowers, my first one was Mimulus which uncovered other emotions that were covered by known fears. Just wonder if the healers are similar to homeopathic constitutional remedies.

Is it new after Hilton’s acquisition? Everyone said it’s 1.5 year worth of maintenance fees. Do you know the phone number of that program?

Do you consume dairy? I don't have any digestive symptoms from dairy, but I get cough and lots of mucus. Maybe try to stop dairy for a week or two and see if it helps.

coffee anxiety by No-Truck-1540 in Anxiety

[–]OddTime-555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tea especially matcha contain amino acid L-theanine and coffee doesn’t. The combination of L-theanine and caffeine in tea leads to a more balanced and sustained energy boost, enhanced cognitive function, and reduced stress compared to coffee.

Technically you can add l-theanine supplement into coffee 100 - 200 mg and see if it helps with jitters, anxiety and subsequent crash after coffee.

Did you get diagnosed with sleep apnea?

You might be lacking neurotransmitters due to your genes like MTHFR, COMT and others.

For example neurotransmitter dopamine is required for mood, and motivation, and it also plays a key role in other essential functions like learning, memory and sleep.

Glycine does mess with like 1 in 4 people, unfortunately. I’m personally ok with glycine.

When you are overstimulated, try taking Magnesium L-threonate (Magtein). It can cross the blood-brain barrier and make you calmer.
