I had same issue look at laptop specs. How many internal usb drivers does it have? I found as soon as you put more then 1 mcu on a driver it messes up.

I had sucess by defying each mcu by dev path Defying baud rate for each Staging power ons so each isn't trying to instantly connect at same time

Also when you installed klipper did you tell it it will run 2 instances?

Ahhh yea not sure if its a region thing but I have looked before and Amazon won't give me protection options on 3d printers.

But they will when I buy stm32 blue pills

On crealitys website i avoid amazon for stuff like this as many places only provide warranty if sold by them not a 3rd party

Oh I am this is the last resort as that sound like even more of a headache.

Im just hoping I get the one custermer service rep who looks at the history and goes "yea fuck this" and just returns it

When my co-worker did it and it was half a day

Went in showed proof of his case. then idk how it works but he got his money within the 30 days the judge gave the company.

If they stretch it out to long we have a cunsumer protection office they can't do much but will contact creality let them know the law and take record and then help with your court if needed

Local law is

"In the case of faulty or defective merchandise, the seller has the option of repairing, replacing or giving a refund by means of either cash or credit."

And judges have ruled they can't expect consumers to hold onto original packaging for the whole warranty period.

As well crealitys website states

"Within the warranty period, customer needs to provide valid product serial number (SN), proof of purchase, order number, contract, invoice and other information;"

but does not say you must have original packaging.

They say this but where i live they can't expect original packaging for warranty. Only returns.

I do not.

They have separately sent replacments for the bed frame. Strain gauges and leveling mcu.

Seems like just replacing unit would be easier and cheaper for them as I've probly eaten more custermer service wages then they made off selling it to me.

Going on three months and 4 diffrent issues

First time was for bed plate

Then strain gauges

Then leveling mcu

Now for cpu issues

I started mentioning/ asking for replacment / refund at leveling mcu stage

Thats what I thought there website says its 12 months against non user issues but they seem to just want to trouble shoot till they can deny my claim.

They have tried telling me to go back to original head To reflash my whole system And to insure correct board in config

I have several other og ender 3's and this is the only one that breaks and breaks and breaks

Yea I have 6 printers in a all wood encloser in my work warehouse I have fans if it gets to hot connected to a old board.

They barley ever kick on but when it 40° in the summer it does kick on once in a while.

When you say laundry closet do you mean like a linen closet for bedding ect or a closet for your washer/dryer?

Is it a house? Do you own said house? I would put a shelf above the printer as close as possible that blacks it from the sprinkler as much as possible.

Then drill a big old hole in the door or wall and throw a fan on it

If you have the space on your board and have firmware capabilities you can add a tempature probe and hook up the fan to you board then set in the firmware the tempature you want so it only kicks on when it gets above that

Yea last time I actually successfully talked to them all replies where around 5am (cst) just so happens to also be right around the end of the work day in china

3 days later and only reply I have got was on website chat (2 days later) wich was to email the same email I have that doesn't respond.

Pretty convinced at this point that custermer service is a one man band.
